Grotto retreat

Bronxville NY, This project rose up from an old garage foundation, where I excavated much of the land to the right of the foundation (lower portion seen in photo 2). The steps, water feature, canopy, stucco walls where all added over the course of a few years. Beneath the clay pavers seen in photos 1, 2, and 3 is a foundation (inner measurements of 8 x 17). My next project is to convert that into my wine cellar. Enjoy.
